Payment Methods & Policies
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) for membership payments. Annual and Junior memberships can be paid in full upfront or via monthly installments with a small administrative fee. Monthly memberships are processed automatically on the same date each month. All payments are securely handled through our online portal.
Cancellation Policy: Annual memberships are non-refundable after 30 days from the purchase date. Cancellations within the first 30 days are subject to a pro-rated refund minus a 10% processing fee. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice; your membership will remain active until the end of the next billing cycle. Family passes follow the same policy as Annual memberships.
Renewal Process: Annual and Family memberships will automatically renew unless a cancellation request is submitted in writing at least 60 days prior to your renewal date. Monthly memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. You will receive a reminder email 90 days before your annual renewal date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. The difference in price will be pro-rated for the remainder of your current term. Downgrades are permitted only at the end of your current membership term for Annual and Family passes. Monthly memberships can be downgraded at the end of any billing cycle with 30 days' notice.
Are there any initiation fees?
No, TennisPro USA does not charge any initiation fees for any of our membership tiers. The price you see is the price you pay.
How do I book a court?
Members can book courts online through our dedicated member portal or by calling the front desk during operating hours. Priority booking windows apply based on your membership type.
Can I freeze my membership?
Membership freezes are available for Annual and Family passes due to medical reasons or extended travel (minimum 1 month, maximum 3 months) with appropriate documentation. Monthly memberships cannot be frozen but can be canceled and reactivated.
