Rules and Regulations for Court Usage
To ensure a pleasant and fair experience for all our patrons, we kindly ask all players to adhere to the following rules and regulations. Your cooperation helps maintain the quality of our facilities.
- Appropriate Footwear: Only non-marking tennis shoes are permitted on all courts to preserve the playing surface.
- Court Etiquette: Please be respectful of other players and wait for play to stop on adjacent courts before retrieving stray balls.
- Time Management: Be prompt for your booking and vacate the court promptly at the end of your reserved time.
- Food and Drink: Only water and sports drinks are allowed on courts. No food or glass containers, please.
- Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially when near active courts.
- Damage to Property: Any damage to court property must be reported immediately to staff. Users may be held responsible for damages caused by negligence.
- Cleanliness: Please help us keep the facility clean by disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
- Guest Policy: Members are welcome to bring guests, but guests must pay the non-member rate for court rental unless specified otherwise by a membership tier.
- No Pets: For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed inside the court areas.
